Our client is seeking a Finance Business Analyst for a 6+ month hybrid contract role in Altamonte Springs, FL.

This position will play a key role in evaluating financial workflows and supporting the selection and implementation of the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounting/finance processes and recommend improvements

• Define ERP requirements and support vendor evaluation

• Build reports/dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT on data migration, testing, and system integration

• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with a finance/ERP focus

• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).

• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

• Knowledge of GAAP/SOX; CPA/CMA or CBAP a plus
